1980s VERA MONT Floral Cocktail Dress-Organza Ruffle Prom Party Gown EU 40

High drama cocktail gown by the prestigious Vera Mont, from the late 1980s. Made in West Germany and tagged Size 40 (see measurements below). It features a structured sweetheart bodice covered in bright watercolor rose print, a low drop waist, and a breath taking handkerchief skirt made of sheer wired organza ruffles that gives it immense volume.

Condition - Very good, the straps has some fabric fraying (see photos), and minor stains on the front bodice (unwashed and sold as i).

Measurements are taken flat from seam to seam, due to human error allow 1-2 cm difference.
