Processing & Handling Time
* **Dispatch Window:** All orders are processed and shipped out within 1–2 business days.
* **Weekend Policy:** We do not ship packages on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or Finnish public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday/business day.
United States Shipping
* **Shipping Rate:** €40 Flat Rate - tariffs and customs included
* **Carrier & Service:** Shipped via Posti (Fully Tracked)
* **Delivery Window:** 7–10 business days
* **Important Notice (DDP):** All US orders are shipped **DDP (Delivered Duties Paid)**. All local import taxes, state use taxes, or customs clearance fees are included in the shipping fees.
Canada & UK Shipping
* **Shipping Rate:** €20 Flat Rate For Canada & UK
* **Carrier & Service:** Shipped via UPS or Posti (Fully Tracked)
* **Delivery Window:** 6–10 business days
* **Customs Notice:** Canadian and British buyers are solely responsible for any federal/provincial import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees incurred when the package enters the country.
European Union (EU Zone) Shipping

Rest of the World (Non-EU & International)

* **Delivery Window:** 10–14 business days
* All international shipments outside of the EU, may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees levied by the destination country.

Because we are based in Finland, our shop operates from a geographically distinct and logistically unique part of Northern Europe.
Unlike major continental or Western European shipping hubs, Finland has a more limited number of international carriers. As a result, commercial shipping rates out of the country are naturally higher.
