Returns & Refunfs
Because each item is crafted as a unique, finished garment in standard sizing, I do not offer custom sizing, custom alterations or bespoke orders. If a piece doesn't fit or meet your expectations returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Return Window : Contact me with 14 days of delivery to request a return.
- Condition: Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition.
- Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs using a a tracked service. Original shipping fees are non refundable.
- Exchanges : Because garments feature unique fabrics, vintage trims, or one off hardware a direct exchange are usually not possible . A return and refund will be processed instead.
To start a return, fill the form on our contact page. Please wait for us to confirm your return and provide an address and don't ship to the address on the label you received with your package.
When your return is confirmed we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is significantly not as described or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the shipping fees when you placed your order within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
