Beautiful late 1980s to early 1990s cocktail party dress. Tag EU 38(see measurements below) , The dress is designed with dark emerald green satin base topped with a glittering black textured floral overlay, shoulder straps, structured bodice with a fully shirred back stretch panel, a prominent black satin waist sash adorned with a large bow, , and a lyered high low skirt.
