Vintage Condition & Wear Policy

Please keep in mind that all items in our boutique are genuine vintage pieces, meaning they have a past life and a history. Unlike brand-new, unique vintage garments naturally show minor signs of time, love, and gentle wear. We believe this character is exactly what makes them special.

To ensure you love your purchase, we practice total transparency:

Rigorous Inspection: Every piece is meticulously cleaned(where it applies), inspected, and evaluated before listing.

Detailed Documentation: Any notable or major flaws (such as visible marks, pulls, or missing buttons) will always be clearly noted in the product description and highlighted in the product images.

Slight Variances: Minor, unnoticeable interior wear or microscopic imperfections that do not affect the wearability or aesthetic of the garment are considered normal for textiles that are decades old.

By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge that you are buying a unique, pre-loved vintage item. We highly encourage you to review all photos, read descriptions carefully, and check measurements before finalizing your order.

 

Returns & Refunds

International customers outside the EU have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return from the day of delivery due to extended  transit times.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, fill the form on our contact page. Please wait for us to confirm your return and provide an address and don't ship to the address on the label you received with your package.


If your return is confirmed we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees and shipping rates.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is  significantly not as described or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the shipping fees when you placed your order within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
