Processing & Handling Time
* **Dispatch Window:** All orders are processed and shipped out within 1–2 business days.
* **Weekend Policy:** We do not ship packages on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or Finnish public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday/business day.
United States Shipping
* **Shipping Rate:** €20.00 Flat Rate
* **Carrier & Service:** Shipped via UPS (Fully Tracked)
* **Delivery Window:** 6–10 business days
* **Important Notice (DDU):** All US orders are shipped **DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid)**. The buyer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for paying any local import taxes, state use taxes, or customs clearance fees upon delivery.
Canada & UK Shipping

* **Delivery Window:** 6–10 business days
* **Customs Notice:** Canadian and British buyers are solely responsible for any federal/provincial import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees incurred when the package enters the country.
European Union (EU Zone) Shipping

* **Carrier & Service:** Shipped via Posti, PostNord, Matkahuolto, or UPS (Depending on your specific location)
* **Delivery Window:** 5–7 business days
* **Tracking:** A complete tracking number and link will be automatically generated and emailed to you the moment your package is dropped off at the carrier hub.
* *Note: As we are shipping from within Finland, there are zero customs duties or import taxes for deliveries within the European Union.*
Rest of the World (Non-EU & International)
* **Shipping Rate:** €25.00 Flat Rate
* **Carrier & Service:** Shipped via UPS (Fully Tracked)
* **Delivery Window:** 10–14 business days
* All international shipments outside of the EU, may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees levied by the destination country.
* These charges are the **sole responsibility of the buyer**. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Unlike major continental or Western European shipping hubs, Finland has a more limited number of international carriers. As a result, commercial shipping rates out of the country are naturally higher.
