Thank you for supporting independent studio craft. Every piece is handmade and shipped directly from my studio in Finland. Below you will find the complete details regarding processing time, shipping rates and international customs policy.
Processing & Handling Time
* **Dispatch Window:** All ready to ship orders are processed and and shipped out within 1–2 business days.
* **Weekend Policy:** We do not ship packages on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or Finnish public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday/business day.
United States Shipping
* **Shipping Rate:** €25 Flat Rate - tariffs and customs included
* **Carrier & Service:** Shipped via Posti -Finnish Post (Fully Tracked)
* **Delivery Window:** 5–7 business days
* **Important Notice (DDP):** All US orders are shipped **DDP (Delivered Duties Paid)**. All local import taxes, state use taxes, or customs clearance fees are now included in the shipping fees and no extra payment on delivery)
Canada & UK Shipping
* **Shipping Rate:** €20 Flat Rate For Canada & UK
* **Carrier & Service:** Shipped via Posti -Finnish Post (Fully Tracked)
* **Delivery Window:** 6–10 business days
* **Customs Notice:** Canadian and British buyers are solely responsible for any federal/provincial import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees incurred when the package enters the country.
European Union (EU Zone) Shipping
- **Germany, Sweden Denmark** €8.90 Flat Rate
- * **Baltic Countries- Estonia, Lithuania,Latvia:** €7.90 Flat Rate
- ***Rest of EU Countries - €12.90 Flat Rate
* **Carrier & Service:** Shipped via Posti - Finnish Post
* **Delivery Window:** 5–7 business days
* **Tracking:** A complete tracking number and link will be automatically generated and emailed to you the moment your package is dropped off at the carrier hub.
* *Note: As we are shipping from within Finland, there are zero customs duties or import taxes for deliveries within the European Union.*
Rest of the World (Non-EU & International)
* **Shipping Rate:** €20 Flat Rate
* **Carrier & Service:** Shipped via Posti- Finnish Post (Fully Tracked)
* **Delivery Window:** 10–14 business days
* All international shipments outside of the EU, may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees levied by the destination country.
* These charges are the **sole responsibility of the buyer**. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your premium items as they make their way across the globe to your doorstep.
