Frequently asked questions

 How fast do you ship out orders?

All curated true vintage pieces are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. We ship Monday through Friday from Finland. Orders placed over the weekend are safely shipped out on Monday morning.
Will I have to pay import taxes and customs duties? For US, Canada, & International Orders?
  • Yes. All shipments outside the European Union are dispatched DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). The buyer is solely responsible for any local customs fees, import taxes, or carrier brokerage charges upon delivery.
  • For EU Orders: No. Because we ship directly from Finland, there are zero customs duties or import taxes for deliveries within the European Union.
How do I track my delivery?

The moment your package is dropped off at the carrier hub (Posti, PostNord, Matkahuolto, or UPS), a tracking number and tracking link will be automatically generated and emailed straight to your inbox.
How are the vintage garments cleaned and cared for?

To preserve the historical integrity and structural value of our archive, our care process is highly customized for each unique piece:

  • Standard Care: Whenever safe, items are carefully laundered using premium, hypoallergenic detergents and professionally steamed before listing.
  • Specialist Care: For garments featuring delicate "Dry Clean Only" labels, heavy embellishments, traditional Austrian dirndls, or historic fabrics that require expert handling, we leave the original fibers untouched to prevent damage.
  • Transparency: The exact care and cleaning status of every individual item is always explicitly noted in its specific product description page.
How does vintage sizing work, and how do I know if an item will fit me?

Vintage clothing sizes run significantly smaller than modern retail standards. To ensure a perfect fit, we do not recommend relying on the numeric size printed on the vintage tag.

  • Our Method: We provide exact, flat-laid measurements (such as bust, waist, hips, and length) in the description of every single product listing.
  • The Best Way to Check: Take a similar garment that you already own that fits you perfectly, lay it completely flat, and measure it with a tape measure. Compare those numbers directly to the measurements listed on our product page.
  • Adjustable Styles: For garments featuring integrated lace-up corset backs, the sizing is highly flexible and can be cinched down or loosened to comfortably conform to your specific shape.
