1990s STEPPIN' OUT Cotton Floral Dress-Tie Back Floral Swing Dress Rockabilly

Late 1980s to early 1990s party dress by the American Brand Stepping Out. It features a fitted princess seamed bodice with sweetheart neckline and thick shoulder straps. It nips slightly at the waist before flaring out into a playful voluminous circle skirt. The print is a crisp white background adorned with vibrant romantic floral prints. Made of 100% cotton and fully lined with 100% Polyester . Tagged Size 9 (see measurements below for sizing accuracy).
